About Fernando Jimenez

Fernando started his love for real estate when he was just eighteen years old. He worked for National Blueprint Co. for eight years. While working inside sales, he was able to meet Architects, Engineers, ​and Surveyors. Learning to read blueprints and constructions plans provided a background for his real estate life. He eventually had a higher calling to help people, so he joined the San Antonio Police Department in 1985, and retired in 2015. During his 30 year career, he learned negotiating skill in difficult situations. He never lost his love for the building industry and started his own home inspection business while working for the police department. He left the home inspection business to concentrate on family. When he retired in 2015, he always knew he would get back in the real estate industry but this time as a realtor. Every experience during his career has taught him something invaluable.
